2. Service Agreements

Upon requesting services, the Client agrees to provide accurate project requirements and timelines. A detailed proposal and cost estimate will be provided to the Client, which must be approved before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required upfront for all projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

4. Project Timelines

While ITTopExpert.com strives to meet deadlines, project timelines may vary based on the scope and complexity of the work. Any delays caused by the Client (e.g., failure to provide necessary materials) may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Revisions and Feedback

The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions on deliverables. Additional revisions will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate. Feedback must be provided within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable will transfer to the Client.
• com retains the right to display any project outcomes in its portfolio, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ITTopExpert.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Client agrees to indemnify the Company from any third-party claims related to the use of the delivered services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The Client may cancel the project at any stage. However, any work completed up until the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary information shared during the project confidential. ITTopExpert.com will not disclose any project details without the Client’s consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ITTopExpert.com is registered.

11. Amendments

ITTopExpert.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client.
